Are you insured?
Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance.
What about insurance for our wedding?
It is recommended that you cover yourself with wedding insurance for any unpreventable scenarios that might occur out of our control.
What if a Photographer or Videographer doesn’t show up?
In the event of an illness (or some other circumstance) we have a team of Photographers and Videographers available for such scenarios. Other Photography/ Video companies that we have a good relationship with are also available.

What are the payment terms? Is there a deposit?
You’ll need to pay 20% of the total price as a deposit to secure a date for your wedding. The remaining balance is due by 14 days before the wedding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via bank transfer, cheque and cash.
